Conference registration

Costs for participation

There will be no fee for participation. Conference is free of charge.
However, there will be a cost for the official conference dinner, partially subsidized by the conference for those who present papers or chair session in the program. Other conference participants are invited to the dinner, but will pay the full prize. See separate link for Info regarding Payment of Conference Dinner.

Deadline for publication of individual papers on the conference web site is April 12th, 2012.

Practical Info regarding Hotels:

The Institute of Latin American Studies has a special agreement with two recommended hotels, and the conference participants can then enjoy a special reduced cost for the stay.

Tips are always included in the prices given in taxis and restaurants. Although it is normal to add around 10 % when eating out at night.

Smoking is banned in hotels, restaurands and public buildings in Sweden. There are usually specially designated smoking areas situated nearby.
